I already pre-ordered it last July on Amazon, I wonder which version they decide I get: the special or standard edition.

They're bundling Guard with first print retail but I don't know if it'll be similar to Bayonetta 2 in NA where all first prints came with 2 game discs. There was no separate Bayonetta 2 game released retail for the first print in NA with all coming with 2 game discs.

"Project Guard, the CCTV robot-zapping Wii U experiment from Shigeru Miyamoto, is now Star Fox Guard. The premise remains the same, but now it will come bundled with retail versions of Star Fox Zero on April 21 - or on its own on the Wii U eShop."

The return of Fortuna as a monstrous wildnerness stalked by prehistoric bioweapons warms my heart. Even as a kid, I was disappointed that this was missing from Starfox 64.

Graphics seem to have once again recieved a boost. It's still not Bayonetta 2 or FAST Racing Neo, but the lighting looks quite a bit nicer than it did at E3.
