For the love of all things holy, the ability to change weapons in the pre-match lobby. I'm tired of having to back out and wait for my friends every time I want to mix things up.

Also more multi-player maps that utilize single player mechanics. The last set of maps did this well but they could do better.

No map/mode rotation please! I also agree with the idea of using more SP mechanics in MP! It's a shame the sponges aren't present in any of the MP maps.. :/
