@bold - why are you saying such nonsense? They are 100% muslim and follow the teachings of islam in what they do. This division between "radical" and "moderate" muslims is pure bs made up by the western left-wing propaganda. Even the muslims disagree with this division and find it offensive. There is only one islam and ISIL fits perfectly in it, what are they doing that the perfect muslim role-model Mr. Muhammad didn't do? That's the problem with this wicked religion and the reason why we should do our utmost to stop its expansion and then limit the number of its followers.

You are polish my friend, no one and I mean no immigrant wants to settle in Poland and overun that country. Half of your population is in the UK so if anyone is overunning a country it would be your polish brothers/sisters and the other eastern europeans. 

No offence I am sure poland is beautiful etc but immigrants will not travel and go through hell only to end up in Poland (or any other eastern european country) so you guys are safe, you don't even have to put a wall up they will walk past your nations like it doesn't exist.

This isn't quite the same, they were still in the UK and not at immigration in the US. However the facebook page linked to their address does explain the likely real reason they were refused travel.

Gonna be a lot of "this happened purely because I am a Muslim" claims regardless of the validity in the next year or two I think.

So if they were in UK the new is even worse putting the blame on Donald Trump.

That's some grade A BS. To start, most of the punishments ISIS enacts are illegal under islamic law. There are moderates, fundamentalists and extremists in every religion.

And another thing: don't bring up the "western left-wing propaganda" lie. Like the only thing we Communists do is make up lies to protect people some Americans hate.

Yes, communists have as well killed a lot of their own in several countries they entered, all under the guise of removing the people that don't follow the regime.

Also please show us the terrorist acts of the xintoists in Japan, any of the indigenous religion in Brazil, etc.

No fly lists are international. They were barred from entering America because they matched something on the list that America didn't want.

Both left and right wings use propaganda to support their causes, and I can assure you that neither cause is a noble one. Propaganda is there to divert attention, not to inform.

Also, it's kind of amazing how many people do not know the difference between "no reason" and "unknown reason". There almost certainly was a flag of some sort. My guess would be that a name matched up in the database, which is unfortunate. I hope they can get it resolved and the process certainly needs to be refined but it's a very daunting task to monitor all incoming travel into the US.

Also, and I'm rather surprised I need to say this, but the safety and security of citizens > someone's vacation plans.

First of all, it's Shintoists. What did Shintoism do in itself? Nothing bad really. Have they been misused? Oh yes! Ever heard of WWII and Japan's involvement? They used Shinto to propagate a nationalist feeling.

And secondly. Communism in itself killed no-one. People who think so should look at the death count one could stick on Capitalism.

You might want to fact check that statement.

Also, deaths under Communist regimes far exceeded any Capitalist one.

The TSA operate in UK airports. There are US security staff in the areas with US bound flights. I have to go through them at Manchester airport when I go to see the in-laws.

I don't know if it's just something that was agreed to join the ESTA Visa Waiver stuff? They're separate to the UK staff though.

As for the news outlet, it's Sky News (owned by Murdoch) so nuff said really about the quality of the reporting.

Aparrently you two do not know what real reporting is, since you are American it's forgivable, the facts are presented to you and the interpretation is up to you. There was no bias in this article just cold facts, you two have made an interpretation of those facts and somehow made it seem like the article said this. Fox news, Cnn and the like all do this opinion based reporting which is just complete bias to their own agenda. 

Oh really, no bias at all, huh?  So it's now a cold hard fact that a presidential CANDIDATE has greater influence over current US homeland security policies and enforcement than the sitting President and his administration does???  Because half the article you quoted is spent blaming Donald Trump and his rhetoric as the reason for the family being turned away, when the cold hard fact is due to the current policies and security mechanisms in place they'd have been turned away regardless of whether or not Trump was running for president or the comments he's made regarding Muslims.
