Why put Dark Souls and then Bloodborne right behind it? Yes, they aren't exactly the same but it's essentially the very same experience. No pokemon is also weird. Past diamond, I started to care less and less but Red/Blue/Yellow and Silver/Gold/Crystal are goddamn timeless classics.

Ahh Loool, Driveclub makes that list, when the only other racing title that does it seems to be MK8 (maybe I'm missing one), I so wanna see the reasoning behind this list.

No FF VI, VII, (VIII) or IX? No Chrono Trigger? MGS V is 16th but no other MGS game even makes the cut? I'm sure there's tons of other stuff missing here, but those are the ones that I noticed first.

I think Pokemon is added to lists like these just to appease a fanbase.  The only thing you could really back up is it has good end game content for those interested in the multiplayer. 

As for the list, seems like a lot of games that have received a lot of praise sometime or another.  Seems like most of the stuff is from last gen, but atleast they don't have games like Space Invaders or Dragon Warrior listed to proclaim that they're the best games ever made simply because they pretty much started a genre.  What a game has done for a genre has no effect on how good the game is.

Interesting list. Very heavily favoring recent games over older ones. Don't see that too often

I laughed at LBP 3.

What a strange list. No StarCraft? No Deus Ex? No Metal Gear Solid 1 or 3? No Final Fantasy VI? No Chrono Trigger?

And why so many modern games? At least 30 are from the last three years.

Edge released a really great top 100 in 2007. This one is far from great.
