i think 1.2 - 1.3 stock at retail is reasonable when you factor  in the new 1TB and extra batman bundles they shipped at end of June along with having the 500GB versions in stock.

vgc estimates are about 200k each week for the ps4
27th to 30rd june is only a half week

so ~23.9 million schould be the sold through number according to chartz
