For 2012 you should replace Walking Dead Season one with Mass Effect 3 (93 average) as that Walking Dead is the PS3 version with only 6 reviews, the X360 version, which has more reviews (12) has an average of 92.

The Witcher 3 had a chance at GotY this year until Fallout 4 got announced. Title alone is gonna win that game the gold hands down. Plus it looks absolutely wonderful so that only helps.

Heh, 6/19 are Shigeru Miyamoto's games, a 7th uses many of his characters, and I imagine if you backed this list up to 84/85 he'd make a few more appearances.

Definitly a dominance of Mario, Zelda and GTA.

Walking dead season 1 is undeserved though. Its not a game at the same level as the others.

I just want to point out that in 2011 Batman Arkham City was actually ranked higher than Elder Scrolls V. Arkham city was rated 0.84% higher by Game Rankings which is a site I much prefer. Metacritic is more flashy but Game Rankings seems to often be better at gathering more reviews, but for some games Metracritic is better at doing so. That being said on Metracritic Arkham City still has a 0.2% higher user rating which regardless, would top it higher than Skyrim.

For the tiebreaker, I used the game that had more reviews.
