I hope Capcom at least makes a couple of games for the WiiU to compensate. If Nintendo gets a couple of exclusives out of this DLC, I would at least accept its inclussion.

Ryu is now in Smash yet the game hes featured in is exclusive to your competitor

Not to be mean but doesnt putting the leaked stuff in the title kind of defeat putting e3 spoiler in the title. Since anyone that reads the title will see the leak

But it looks good real glad they are supporting the game

Rayman sold more than Megaman, btw.  In terms of voting popularity for non N characaters according to a 14K poll (largest so far) , Banjo is 1st. (I don't see happening because: MS 1st party. ) , then soon after Shovel Knight. After it's Snake due to Veteran status and soon after Bayonetta, who almost triples over Rayman suprisingly.

Keep in mind times change and this is a few months old. Will not talk further as it's going off-topic.


That's not at all true, official numbers from Ubisoft and Capcom have the Megaman series at 30+ million and Rayman at over 25+ million.   Both of these numbers are from 2014.

I think Nintendo doesn't really care that Street Fighter V is coming to PS4 only. They're probably more interested in how much profits they can get out of Ryu's DLC. And I'm pretty sure it didn't cost Nintendo that much to convince Capcom to put Ryu in Smash 4 since SFV isn't heading to Wii U and this is basically an ad for it.

The DLC sales of Ryu could also help Nintendo and Capcom measure the interest in an exclusive Capcom vs Nintendo for next gen as well.

I would lol if a later HD remake of Street Fighter 2 Ultimate Turbo Special Sauce Edition gets ported to One/PS4/3DS only though.
