You just have to look at the 1st party studios. Sony have plenty in the pipeline, its just we have no idea what they are up to.

Japan Studio will be up to all kinds of shit.
Polyphony are working on Gran Turismo 7
Naughty Dog is 2 teams, we know of Uncharted 4 only.
SCE Bend are working on a PS4 game
Santa Monica are working with several other studios and developing the next God of War
Sucker Punch have been quiet now for over a Year
Guerrilla Games is two teams, one of the teams is working on a new IP, the other team hasnt released a game since PS4 launch.
Media Molecule are working on an unannounced PS4 game.
