I guess the "U" in "Zombi U" is a little misleading now, lol.

Highly, Highly doubtful. This game needs a lot of work and I highly doubt Ubisoft would ship this out of there own studios. The studio probably doesn't have a big enough reputation to be given the chance to take on a big project like this.
