I'm guessing those folks forgot that F3 looks like this:

And to make matters worse its obvious looking at that screenshot that thats the PC version running.  The console versions were significantly worse. No way did the tree branches have that clarity on consoles.  But even so, as bad as they looked, they were still among the best games of that generation.

Game looks fine. It's just a shame that a much older game from them (modded Skyrim) will still look quite a bit better than Fallout 4.

Yes but thats a modded skyrim.  Its not the Skyrim that Bethesda made is it?

If it works like that then why haven't PC users come out disgusted by the Vanilla graphics of GTAV when the modding community made GTA4 look unreal on a top spec PC?

The game looks fine to me.

The graphics were quite patchy in the trailer. Stunning at some points, not so much in others. I never really paid attention though, I was just focused on the fact a sequel to one of my favourite games, which I've been craving lots of recently, has been announced.

Also, especially with the Skyrim mods, there are some hefty system requirements for some of them (i5s and i7s for the really decent ones, way beyond the capabilites of what they are going to be aiming Fallout 4 at), which those alone would take it out of reach of the latest consoles in terms of specs.

Actually that looks swell, a very authentic representation of a devestated post apocaliptic world. For a game with dull coloring you can't hope for better. I always thought the mods only ruined the visuals.

IMO it looks great considering what that kind of game is doing.
It's an enormous, open world, with tonnes of stuff to do and places to explore.

Visually it seems nicely presented, assuming this is what the game actually looks like and for once I believe this won't be downgraded when it's finally shown at E3 later this month.
Makes me think I should finally get around to playing Fallout 3.

Not every game needs top notch grfxxx. Fallout sure doesn't. Bethesda games Never were famous for their jaw dropping graphics, were they?

I don't know it gets really boring that everyone is only talking about graphics These days. I am much more interested in what changes they made to the game mechanics. But that's just me.
