I hope(and also think) the game will play awesome and sell awesome. Some people like to downplay how good Halo is. It is really one of the best game series out there, not just one of the best FPS games.
Halo is one of the most fun games you can play. From beta impressions, nothing is changing here.
I'm 'concerned' that Halo 5 might end up feeling as uninspired as Halo 4 did, but i'm not particularly worried about the core quality of the game. I might have felt that Halo 4 failed to define itself as anything other than "another Halo game", but ultimately it was still a very good game.
I quite frequently have that worry with longer running series though. I did about UC4 (to use an example from the 'other' side) until the gameplay reveal, which did a lot to ease my concerns. There's every chance that Halo 5 will be able to do the same this E3.
All my concern comes mostly on the story side; I'm fairly concerned that the explanation as to how Chief went from being a hero to a terrorist will be extremely rushed and probably filled with plot holes, but that's less to do with 343 or the current state of shooters and more with just the direction that this game's been taken in.
Halo 5 will do over 10 million in sales I am 100% certain of this.

Actually I think half of the halo fan base are waiting for the bundle to buy an XBO... They could sell millions of console on halo bundles alone... The game will reach 10million Hal of which will be bundles... Especially if it's a 1go HDD with.... Not worried at all.... Quite the opposite actually COD are getting tired of it became the guitar hero of FPS

That's funny because I think the opposite that a lot of the diehard Halo fanbase already have the console. But I have no doubt that when H5 comes out a lot of the not-so-bothered fans of Halo will make a purchase
I think it will be fine and I hope that it sells well. It's one of the biggest games for xbox gamers and hopefully it delivers.
I personaly don't understand Why Halo 4 receives so much criticism. The campaign is awesome imo.
I'll borrow a Xbone from a friend once he finishes Halo 5 to play it myself. I love the series.

I think people heard bad things and used it as an excuse to attack it.
The campaign and multiplayer are both solid.
Remember, people have been saying Halo is dead or gone down in quality since ODST (2009). 6 years later and people still make the same claims but we kept getting great Halo games.
