When I was reserving my free upgrade I read an asterisk that stated that this was not a trial upgrade, but rather a full upgrade to Windows 10. If I am not mistaken, right next to that read that this was a limited time offer.

Just sent mine just now, hopefully when it releases or a short time afterwards they make sure it fully supports most games because I'm not installing a new OS only to have it botch up the majority of my games.
