I am certainly not happy that ME:A animations are poor. At the same time, having just played through the previous trilogy, I am inclined to say....so what? The animations in those games were at best mediocre, and at times buggy as hell.

So I am not concerned. I am also not concerned by reports the game is enormous and overwhelming. I will be concered if the story or characters are mundane - as ultimately thats what Mass Effect is about.

Is that supposed to be a bad news? I mean it would be if the world is not diverse.

It is bad news for like 90% of games. Big world usually means empty boring space or a repeated propylene of the last section in the maps.

I have confidence in Bioware to deliver an excellent huge world though. I'm not worried about Mass Effect.

I'm playing Final Fantasy XV right now and liking it, but a boring 7 minutes drive to finish a 2-3 minutes side mission in the beginning of the game isn't a smart idea. And you would think by visiting most of the areas on the map you will fast travel and solve the issue? No! You still have to go through a long loading times for some reason no one talked about.

And did I mention a long walking distance after a long drive or loading time?

The best thing is when you finally reached the mission area to find it full with 20+ overpowered soldiers you have to wait for them to leave.

I'm so disappointed in Mass Effect right now. This is a game I've been waiting for for sometime. How the hell could they go backwards with so many things? There are certain standards a game like Mass Effect should have, and they have not delivered. My guess is a 78-80 meta.

As you said "that sh*t is retarted"

I finally finished the main story a week ago. I agree with what you mentioned but the game had so many other annoying design choices too. Lost count how many times I got pissed off while playing. Most boss fights and dungeons were terrible and frustrating.

Still somehow I liked the game. I guess the story was nice enough. I found it to be mostly nonsense and they tried too hard to shove emotions down your throat, but for me it was all about the dynamics between them four main characters. There's no way I could rate this game higher than 7/10 even though I'm happy I played it. I'm NOT looking forward to another jrpg tho that's for sure :P

Idk what people are talking about with andromeda. I just completed the intro and I'm loving it. Bioware always gets unnecessary shit. The animations arnt perfect but come on. Compare this game to fallout 4/skyrim. It's miles ahead of both those in terms of animations, and dialogue. Those games don't get any shit.

Anyway I equipped flame thrower/ and slam. So awesome but I started this play through on normal and it's too easy. Think I will bump it to hardcore, then play on nightmare on new game+.

Once I start the game am I locked into the set appearances of Scott and Sara? I wanted to make John snow and danereys. Was gunna wait for some good ones to pop up on the web.

Thissss

The game is amazing.

The gameplay is the best in the series imo, the Campaign is really interesting and when it matters the animations and facial expressions are on point.

The Multiplayer is also really good.

Great news, one of my biggest issues with Xbox One is getting fixed. Preview users can now disable vibration on the controller from the Xbox settings menu. Can't wait for the public release.

Most games let you turn it off though anyway

Guys!
Get Axiom Verge while it's still on sale. Extremely good Metroid clone.
Also the story lasts more than 10 hours, so for $10 it's a really good deal.

Almost forgot to post this in case anyone wants to play the closed beta, there's still codes left and it's just a few clicks to get one lol.

Thanks for the heads up.

I wanted to play Mass Effect as it's one of my favorite game series but the recent news about the game kind of turned me off. So I decided to sell my Xbox One and just wait later this year for Scorpio (anyway I think taking a break from gaming will only do me some good) and then get Mass Effect along with a new tv. I'm really glad MS decided to get in on the iterative console releases. This way I keep my games and I'll just have to download them when I get a Scorpio.
