neither of Sony or MS has exclusive marketing rights

Halo 4/2 are my favorite story wise, Brian Reed was Co-Writer for Halo 4, I wouldn't mind if he stayed just as long as he isn't Lead Writer.

I agree with keeping important mainline stuff in the damn games too, It's getting ridiculous now and they keep doing it and ignoring people's complaints, heck I'm pretty sure Bonnie Ross done a interview just a few months ago saying they will stop doing this sort of stuff because of Halo 5 complaints

We had Halsey, a criminal in Halo 4, pretty much let off in Halo Escalation and popping in Halo 5 like nothing happened (Good thing imo but something told in Halo Escalation, a comic)

Other things like Didact being revealed to still be alive, then dying again but then being revealed he's not actually dead but he's just composed so the next time he shows up in a mainline Halo game he will be alive & completely different looking causing people to again not know what the hell is going on.

Edit - I forgot, even worse, Brian confirmed Didact was still alive in a damn twitter post  

Now we have this Cortana thing.

Halo Escalation wasn't even a good comic either (Also written by Brian) I still hope one day they recton it out of Halo's EU but that will never happen

 

Oh damn I'm on a Halo rant again Sorry guys, Halo is my favorite franchise so some of this stuff annoys me more than it should

For me my favorite singleplayer portion of the games goes like this(excluding wars cause it's a different genre)

1. Odst 

2. Tie halo 3, halo 4

3. Halo reach

4. Halo 

5. Halo 2. 

6. Halo 5.

for me the gap between 1 and 5 is smaller than the gap between 5, and 6. That's how bad 5 is. Halo 4 while having a good but not the best story of the bunch had the most impact outside of halo 3's ending w/legendary. 4 didn't have the best sandboxes(tech limitations) or character. But what it did have was some damn emotion. And a lot of it. Far and away the most in the series. Then 5 happened and took steps back on every front besides sandboxes. Mediocre story filled with too much crap. Bad characters once again(besides buck) and most importantly no emotion. 



Halo MCC will sell 5+ million copies(including digital)

halo 5 will sell 10 million copies(including digital)

x1 will pass ps4 in USA, and UK.

Very nice.

I'm attempting to find a good deal on a PS4 Pro but not having much luck, very few places are discounting it. Might have to hold off on getting it and hope there's a deal closer to Christmas because right now there's basically nothing. 

Yeah I'd wait on the Pro. Do you have a regular PS4?

For all of the games listed in the poll, I don't want to see a sequel... now. We keep asking companies for new IPs and keep bugging them to release sequels at the same time! For these smaller games or games that doesn't sell as good as Halo COD and others, I prefer to see only one game per generation. Let these smaller games have a generation to sell more copies and expand their fan base. Let those brilliant, talented developers innovate and produce new IPs

Grabbed it, thanks for the tip. I was going to wait and get the PS4 Pro version since the graphics are noticeably better, but I can't pass up on an offer like this. I think it might even qualify for the 15,000 ($15) Xbox rewards points for Microsoft Store preorders, so it's basically $20 if it does qualify for it.

Wasn't sure which verson I was going get too(PS4/X1 or wait for pc), but 22$ for the game was too much for me to pass.
