Codes for the Regalia are being sent out today. I got my code through a message from Xbox live.
Also Slime Rancher is a pretty relaxing and fun game.

Voted Life is Strange, I already pre-ordered it. Other releases aren't very interesting unfortunately. Another quiet month for new releases.. September ought to be better.

Titanfall 2 hit the EA Access vault today.

Man its still so sad what happened with the launch date of that game. Not as sad as not taking an extra month to fix animations in ME:A though.

Think I still have an EA Acess Voucher, if not buying am month is the cheapest way to play this game!

starcraft - Playing Games = FUN, Talking about Games = SERIOUS

Shadow Tactics is supposed to be very good.

In 2010 Finnish people spent 92 million euros buying physical copies of video games. In 2015 it was only 52 million. Gaming is still as popular as ever and people are buying hardware. X1 is doing worse than 360 unfortunately I believe but the point of the article I read is that digital sales are increasing rapidly. That's a huge drop from 92m to 52m.

This is just Finland of course, we have high speed internet connections in almost every household though. Still I find it funny that in this site you get laughed if you mention digital sales.

There's absolutely no doubt that digital is taking over, in a decade, physical games will be pretty much obsolete.

The reason people are touchy about it here is threefold....

1. There are a lot of "purists" on gaming forums that cling to physical media, because that's what they're used to. Some because they don't like change, some because they're paranoid about losing their digital games, some beccause they're just collectors, and they like looking at all their boxes, etc.....

2. Nobody currently does a very good job of tracking digital sales, and thus it makes it hard for people to acknowledge just how big digital is or isn't

3. As a result of 2, you get quite a few people that will make some pretty bold, pulled from thin air statements about how game X has surely sold like 2 gajillion digital copies, and people get annoyed at that and then retaliate by generalizing digital sales into overall insignificance.

TBH most gamers world wide have high speed connections so that's a non issue. That people in Australia, Russia and Chile have horrid latency is a different story...

4. People are trying to say that Halo, Gears, Forza sales are bad and ignoring digital sales.
