Awesome news! 10 million lifetime would be cool but that might be a tall order... 
I'm hoping for at least 6-7 million across all platforms, to make CDProjekt a huge amount of money to keep up their astounding work.

In terms of sales? Probably not, but in my opinion Witcher 2 was better than Skyrim. It did what it wanted to well rather than dumping the player in a massive yet relatively mediocre world. Hopefully W3 stays true to its roots.
Good going Witcher 3; well deserved as well it looks like. Will be making my judgement in the next couple days, and I can't wait!
