IF MS will ever make a portable (unluky, but who know), what do you think will be the japan sales?
As we know, the XBOX brand in Japan sell really badly... can a portable console did better? maybe even by a lot?
In my opinion, considering that the XB360 have sold 1,700,000, i think that have a good chance for sell +2,000,000, with a basis 4,000/5,000 all week withouth games...

I don't think they would do well. Microsoft has very few franchises that could attract the japanese consumers, and 3rd party would go to PS and Nintendo consoles first unless Microsoft pays them. Even if it sells, the amount of money that would have to be invested on the thing would become the thing that kills the XBox brand in Japan.
As terrible as Xbox home consoles.
Terribly. MS don't have the first party studios or the relationships with Japanese devs to make it anything other than a failure.
I do agree that will be terrible, but at least i write some numbers. ^^

Not much better than the Xbox consoles.
