Probably worse than the home console. Unless they get a few franchises as multiplatform from the PSV but really farfetched imo.

I think if they were able to get it to mimic the specs and architecture of one of their existing platforms it'd do quite well, maybe even above Vita numbers! :p

360 is dead now, so it'd have to be the XboxOne. If they could release a slightly scaled down, portable xbox one in 2018, that could play FInal Fantasy XV+XVI, Kingdom Hearts 3, GTA 6, Halo5+6 etc. Games will run at sub 720p like QHD but overall performance the same as X1. Ports would be easy and Japanese developers still making games for PS4 could move them to Xbox GO with ease.

Probably better than the home console, as it's actually very hard to do worse than what the Xbox ONE does in Japan. How much better is however impossible to know without any real ideas what that handheld would possible be able to do.
