I see you're pulling from bad article comments. Let's ignore all the factors that lead with each game getting the score it does in addition to how Famitsu assigns games to its four reviewers.

Oh, for some reason, I thought I heard 13 got the perfect score. I never played 13-2, since 13 was so atrocious.
