My prediction is:

Pokemon Z (3DS) - 2015
Pokemon Gen 7 (NX) - 2016
Pokemon DPPt Remake (NX) 2017

Etc. Aside from the fact that I can maybe see a one year gap between Z and Gen 7, nothing too different from this.

Next pokemon game needs to be on the New 3ds, there's enough power boost there to see some decent upgrades, and it should be pokemon Z.

I think it's very likely.

D/P will be remade on NX, and gladly so. While I do like Pokemon's evolution into 3D, the engine they use is a bit... bad. It's laggy and feels very PS1. The battles look nice! But they also lag and they noticeably slow down when you turn the 3D effect on.

Well its not impossible, 2 things need to be 1. NX is a HH and 2. has to release in 2016 (which would be no earlier than Fall 2016).

That said Gamefreak makes the games and not Nintendo, they do things on their own schedule.

In order for your prediction to come true, Pokemon Z needs to come out this year, if it doesn't than it definitely means no pokemon NX launch.

My guess is Pokemon XY2/Z is coming out 2016 Summer, right before NX Holiday Launch with Gen 7 coming 2017 holiday
