I'm just debunking an argument you used that had flawed data to allow you to prove a point.

Of course it's subjective. What Nintendo produce isn't inherently more of an 'actual' gaming experiences than stuff like Bloodborne, Dragon Age or Forza. You may not personally enjoy them as much, but you aren't the basis of an objective fact. Unless you have hard non-personal data to back up that claim (without which something becomes based on personal consideration, thus subjective), i don't see how you can't see the flaw in that claim. |
Actual gaming isn't subjective. It's about controlling the game for real, not just qte or watching it. the three games you listed may be, but nowadays most devs aren't putting effort into actual gaming and release qte fest bug filled interactive movies.
Nintendo? Relevant? LOL. Good one!
No. Nintendo will never be relevant in the home console market again. Too many bridges have been burned. Too many hardcore fans left. All the casuals are gone. All the third parties ties are finished.. All the major youtubers want nothing to do with Nintendo. People are realising Nintendo want to be a mobile company. Don't be delusional fanboys, Nintendo is irrelevant.

You can't deny that the sales pattern is too different. PS2 was being sold until 2013. You can count PS3 to go at least halfway this gen, most likely until it ends. 3DS is a 8th gen console and will probably be discontinued before this gen is over. Just take the bet if you think it's so impossible. Easy bragging rights. |
Then there should be a set date. Im not waiting until 2026 to see if I won a bet...

Really, if anyone seems interested in producing future consoles it's nintendo more than the others.
...Then again, I get the distinct impression that you might be trolling :p

You know you could just ask a mod to ban you instead of insulting people...

Is free speech dead? That is how I, and MANY analyse the Nintendo situation.
no trolling here. NX will be irrelevant.

What we can take from this is that MK8 sold 5M units while the previous games sold 35M. That one hell of a drop. Mobile isn't even trying to compete with handhelds yet. If something like Tegra K1 with full console ports becomes a thing and we start to see decent controller support, things will get nasty for handhelds. The question about Nintendo's irrelevance isn't related to sales. It's related to influence. What MS and Sony do or don't do changes the industry. It's on the news. What Nintendo does isn't important anymore. They create hardware for themselves and that's it. It's a separate world. The whole concept of a home console is being a device with fixed specs that provides APIs for devs to create games for it. Since the beginning, Nintendo saw 3rd parties as competitors and tried to screw them with older SDK versions, insane hardware designs, etc. They are the worst business partner because they are, simultaneously, a competitor and the owner of the enviroment. |
Nice attidude...You could be calm as I am, behave to me as I behave to you!Yeah it's impressive for me selling 5m on 9.3M+...36M+ MARIO KART WII on 101m...So what do you say here? The drop is expected, wii and ds are out of comparison apparently!Weird, there's nothing positive about nintendo?Oh :O doom since 1889?
Please be cautious,it does not harm!Would you like to have a bet with me about the thing you said about the handhelds? There are already these kinds of things! There won't be games that Nintendo handhelds have,so you know...There is no further damage that can be done!My opinion, your opinion but don't present it like being a hard fact!

There are zero problems with your reasons. Its the line "Don't be delusional fanboys" that will get you in trouble...
