They had a Japanese targeted one and a Europe/US targeted one for Smash in April 2014, then a Tomodachi Life one and a Mario Kart one in at the end of April.
They also had a South Korean direct on May 29th for Tomodachi life again.
Nintendo could do a direct whenever they like, maybe they'll have a few for the different games they have or one core one in April for a bunch of the games they've already announced.

OH! Thats right!! I forgot about this! Thanks for reminding me.
And, they might have a splatoon one, but i think they already explained like 80% of the content one.
Maybe Starfox? I dont think Xenoblade is finished with the english translations. Maybe a Bravely Second one?

No worries, I had to look it up on Wikipedia, couldn't remember myself.
As far as Splatoon goes Nintendo has only just started to let people see details about the single player campaign in the game, that seems quite interesting. I'm sure there's a fair bit more to find out about the game. I don't think Nintendo has said they won't show anything of Starfox until E3, so we could find out new details and see a short glimpse of gameplay before E3, maybe some screen shots of the cockpit of the Arwing or the Mothership, even something with Fox and how he'll look in the game.
Devil's Third could get new gameplay.
Nintendo needs to go heavy on Splatoon, they could show a few more stages of the multiplayer, maybe new levels or modes in that. Fire Emblem hasn't had any gameplay shown from what I've seen (maybe I'm wrong about that?), so that could have something shown about it.
It depends on how much diologue is actually in Xenoblade, but it could end up launching in late May or around E3 time in the west.
I think Yoshi is supposed to be a Q2 release, so that will need some new details given about it, unless it's slipped into the 2nd half of 2015.
