Dude...there's this site called VGChartz...sometimes their numbers are a little off, but their archival info is spot on. Give it a check...it's also really cool to use their charts to align launches, etc.

Regarding this prediction...man, I hope you're right. Good consoles deserve to be rewarded with good sales, but that's not always the case.
