Im not a fan. I get the feeling that Sony saw how people loved Iwata and said "We could use a guy like that"

:o people like Iwata?

I seriously can't stand that guy! Reggie and the European guy (can't remember his name but he's usually in the European Nintendo Directs) are way better!

He just seems fabricated. Everyone at Sony always go "Shu is one crazy guy and we love him" Like they are building him up to be the guy they pull out when they get bad press and everyone goes "Awwwww Shu is so sweet. Sony could never do anything bad with that guy around"

Yoshida joined Sony Corporation in 1986, where he was involved in the corporate strategy group, as well as coordinating the PC business. Additionally, he was one of the initial members of the PlayStation project in February 1993, where as the lead account executive he headed Sony Computer Entertainment Inc.'s third party licensing program.

Yes and until the PS4 he was seen as an intimidating guy. People who worked for him was afraid to tell him bad news. Now all of a sudden hes a fun loving guy. I dont buy it.

Source?

It was at the Playstation Experience event. When Shu, Adam and two other guys sat on stage and told stories. The one guy said that they were afraid of telling Shu bad news. They drew for it. Shuissan Roulette or whatever they called it.

The thing with Reggie is that he is SO bad at hiding it that it kinda makes him likable imo
