No, I'm pretty sure that the 2012 job description was about Deus Ex. The Tantalus guy told recently in the recording that the Deus Ex Wii U deal came into being because an Eidos Montreal guy saw a Mass Effect 3 Wii U video at GDC 2012 on a phone while they were drinking.

Mass Effect 3 for Wii U was announced at E3 2012 and the production of the new game started in January 2014 (and the job description talks about a game that was in development since June 2012 or longer).

So the "AAA" game was Deus Ex, and this new one may not even be AAA?

That's actually a good guess, except that Slightly Mad have said they've had a Wii U version up and running for some time, so I don't think Tantalus would be needed.
