Well... don't know too many I would pick.  Naoto from P4 is a notable character (as others have said).  Samus is the easy answer.  I guess I liked Viridi from Kid Icarus: Uprising.  Legretta from Tales of the Abyss was pretty cool, I think.

Curly Brace will probably always be one of my favorite video game characters. All the characters in Cave Story were amazing...

Surprisingly the first Chun-Li on this thread... She's not even my favorite female Street Fighter though... but definitely the most iconic...

Great character.  She's a beautiful looking character and has a lot of great qualities outside of her looks.  Everyone from her company was in love with her.
