And you did statistical research to come to this conclusion?

Yes. Everyone giving a game a 0 is a hater, some try to disguise it by giving it 1-3 but they don't fool anyone. Now compare the amount of 0 scores on Nintendo games and other games.
I can also give you the reason why there aren't as many haters for Nintendo games. Nintendo caters exclusively to people who already like Nintendo or people who don't care enough for the internet or reviews or aren't even old enough to use the internet. Hence they are a lot less popular to the general internet audienc. Hence, less people actually care about writing negative reviews.
Look at the PC/Xbox/PS crowd and you see that they are generally more prone to complaining in part because of different standards they set for their games. Also because that demographic is the most prominent on the internet(males aged 20-30). They have a lot of time on their hand and a lot of issues which leads to proportionally more people taking effort in hating on games. Hence more haters.
I don't think it's the publisher's fault that the demographic that they're targeting is filled with haters. And neither it's an accomplishment of Nintendo to target a different audience.
