More like some are giving ryse and Wolfenstein a free pass but not the order.

I like cinematic games and I am a sucker for the setting and style. This, Until Dawn and Bloodborne are my style. I love the first half of this year.

Between purchases and Gamefly I play a shit load of games. What do I stand to gain from lieing about it? That's hilarious, especially considering I openly admit to buying Ryse, which is much more like The Order than Wolfenstein would ever be. Hope that helps.

And you do know Ryse has an offline horde type mode, and online co-op? It's not "campaign only". I guess that makes you a liar, you liar.

IDGAF if Wolfenstein can be beat in 6 hours. It was Gribble's list of flaws with the game, I simply made a couple small edits. Again, in your rush to defend the game, you miss the point. The funniest part of it is games like Ryse were crucified prior to release just like The Order.

The original god of war was around that length tho..... But there haven't been any official reviews for 1886 so

And yes you bought both with one of them being like tthe order.  The point is you have posted that it's not value for money for you but ryse and Wolfenstein still justified $60 purchases.  If you are mad that people bashed ryse it doesn't make it right to take your anger from that out on the order.  For the record I didn't bash ryse and you won't see me either.  2 wrongs don't make a right.

Not only that, but we all know you're a Sony pony, so why are you hating on this mediocre game? Didn't you get the "defend at all costs" memo?

Ryse has 60% at metacritic btw, with a userscore of 5.9, so I don't understand this idea that Ryse didn't get bashed on.

The point is people who defended ryse are in here bashing the order.  Being hypocrites. I didn't bash ryse or Wolfenstein and I'm sure as hell not bashing the order for the same reasons. 

If the game turns out to be shit I'll bash it then.

That's the whole point of me bringing TNO up. Using the time on a LP to determine average game length or % of a game that is cutscenes is foolish. Especially since we've already been getting impressions and times from other people that show the game to be much longer.

Don't get me wrong, The Order is certainly open for criticism. If you don't like QTE, or you don't like linear games, or you don't like overly cinematic games, or if you've already watched/played the game and don't like the story, all of those are totally valid. This garbage about the length of the game is not. I also plan on giving my impressions after I beat the game, good or bad. If I am dissapointed and don't enjoy the game, Than I'll gladly talk about how crapy it is.
