Pretty much agree with the list, as much as I'm liking NMS I'm pretty sure it's going to end up a disappointment, especially when they release on PC vs all the other space sim games, it'll most likely get crushed by then.

On a technical basis, any game could suck. People thought Assassin's Creed was just ducky until Unity, now any game from Ubisoft is suspect given their history.

But, sticking to the topic, other than maybe Resident Evil Revelations 2, I don't have much hope for any of the games in the top 10.
