I am actually surprised at how much I agree with them.
Out of those 10...

I expect 6 to be disappointing:
- Assassin's Creed Victory
- Fable Legends
- Battleborn
- Evolve
- Quantum Break
- BF Hardline

I have 2 in the maybe column:
- No Man's Sky (always online, procedural planets, pointless (?) travelling)
- Resi Revelations 2 (episodic, looks like a PS2 game)

2 I say won't disappoint (but not because they will be great):
- Dying Light --- I loved Dead Island, so I expect more of the same (creatively killing zombies between two glitches and bugs)
- The Order 1886 --- most everybody already expects a dud, so it will definitely not disappoint. Even if it turns out to be just mediocre, it will still exceed expectations.

By the games featured and their commentary, it's more "ames that would not live up for Hype", not that they are gonna suck at all, they put a misleading title.

No Remedy game has ever sucked

Neither has any RAD game.

I'm ok with that list. I won't be buying any of those anyway.

I'm confused about the inclusion of NMS though. There is so much information about the game and it wears its gameplay on its sleeve. Anyone disappointed by the gameplay has only himself to blame.

Surprised they didn't put in a Nintendo game in there (not even Devil's Third.) I wouldn't say those games suck, but it seems that a few are going through the Titanfall motion of being extremely hyped before release and then forgotten shortly after the release.

I agree with all of them except AC Victory.

That list seems reasonable to me.
