Well I do like cupcakes.. but this is definitely an interesting question.

I definitely hope Nintendo decides to localize it and release it in time for the movie. Would be a smart promotion for the game I think, as I doubt a title like this will get any advertising from Nintendo otherwise :/

I wouldn't recommend that as most of the protags are underage.

Thankfully Yuri Kozukata, (the protag of FFV) is 19 years old, so...

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

Don't worry; one way or another, it's happening. One of the guys in our campaign for localization is already working on a translation; once the Wii U is hacked, we'll be able to bypass region lock and play with a subtitle patch, just like with Fatal Frame 4 on Wii. It might take some time, but we'll get there, if necessary.
