Inconceivable!

If I was the interviewer I would have asked him, using his own logic, why he felt we needed Mario Kart 7 or 8.
Don't get me wrong, I love them both but F Zero is not a game that particularly relies on novelty. It's been 10 years, people simply want some hard-as-nails, high speed racing fun with a new lick of paint, some awesome new tracks and online play.

It could be because the gamepad doesn't have analog triggers.
Playing Xenoblade 2 before I buy Xenoblade 3 (otherwise I couldn't wait to play 3).
Can they announce a new Fire Emblem? A remake of Genealogy or Tellius would suffice !

He's the reason on why Nintendo keeps producing Pikmin games, so sadly, but no, he needs to be there for a while.
My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.
Excellent news, hopefully one of those unannounced games for 2015 is a new Animal Crossing :D

Pikmin games are few and far between; if we're lucky, we'll probably get one more out of him before he retires anyway. Maybe not even that.

It's a new era for the franchise, the first two games are thing of the past, now I'm confident that we could see a new game for Wii U and one for, probably, New 3DS. After that, I expect to see the series finally consolidated as a niche IP among Nintendo fans, but one with constant releases, like Fire Emblem.

I strongly suspect so; the last Nintendo console without one was the SNES.

This.
Just give us a WiiU version with 30 car online GP's with 1080p 60FPS that uses the pro controller and count me as very happy!
Use the gamepad for a track editor or something if you need to.....

But why is Miyamoto's presence essential to them being made?
