Fifa is massive in all the places Xbox isn't, with the only exception being the UK

Call of Duty and Assassin's Creed are big games, but I don't think the latter would have pushed hardly any extra units if it wasn't for the massive price drop.

Watch Dogs and Destiny provided far bigger boosts for PS4 than those games did for X1 at slower times of the year

Regardless, I was talking about the first half of the year

I imagine this is a temporary raise before they lower it more permanently, but imo they really had no choice but to raise it back up right now, because if they don't then people look at their future sales and think to themselves hey no rush to buy now, this price will keep anyway. When you market something as a special promotion, it better actually be that

Nope.  Nobody comes into a business to waste money.  And MS is very well known as a Company which do not care about being fair with competition, most of all when a Competitor like Sony is crushing them in the Global, and still very competitive in MS own Territory with the price cut and insane fire sales and Deals for X1.    PS4 is still ahead in NA(total user base), and will probably win Jan NPD and all other NPD till Oct 2015.

Sales data for the 1st couple of weeks in Jan will be interesting.......although both PS4 and XBOX will decline I suspect we will see the XBOX crashing.
