Nope.  Nobody comes into a business to waste money.  And MS is very well known as a Company which do not care about being fair with competition, most of all when a Competitor like Sony is crushing them in the Global, and still very competitive in MS own Territory with the price cut and insane fire sales and Deals for X1.    PS4 is still ahead in NA(total user base), and will probably win Jan NPD and all other NPD till Oct 2015.
