First ratchet and clank, got it with my ps2. I bought that game at least 4 times because my little brothers ruined the discs somehow. Even though i bought the same game multiple times it was worth ever penny, my god what a good game. I 100% that game so many times and I still remember the joy looking for gold bolts or trying to get skill points on my own without help from the internet or anywhere else, those where the days. Have played every ratchet game sins and looking forward to the movie and the ps4 reimagine.

I played a little Duck Hunt on my sister's NES, but really it all started with Sonic 2 on that fateful Christmas morning. It was the start of a lifelong hobby.

It didn't exactly shape my tastes today though. Back then it was all about playing a super hard game over and over again until you beat it, and nowadays that's the last thing I want. I'm happy that I have the experience though. It's important to start yourself on the ruthless old stuff.

Currently playing:

Bloodbath Paddy Wagon Ultra 9

I think my veryyyyyy first video game ever was DX Ball

Shitz was soo epic back then

Super Mario Bros. was the first game I played and hooked me into gaming.

My very first game was Super Mario Bros. 3 for the NES, and I don't even have the system then when I played the game, I was 3yrs. old at the time(well that's what my mom told me).

The first five games I bought and played are all considered classics today and are all among my all-time favorites:

Sid Meier's Civilization, The Secret of Monkey Island, Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge, Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, Dune II: Battle for Arrakis

Games were very expensive for me back then and as I was new to PC gaming I handpicked the first two purchases based on magazine reviews (but LucasArts adventure games became blind buys already after I played TSoMI).

Super Mario Bros or Duck hunt for the NES. I used to watch my sister play it all the time until I finally started to try it myself. And thus, my saga began.

Super Mario 64 was the first video game I've ever played. Got it and Wave Race 64 for a birthday.

And snuggle the girls be they short or tall,
Then follow young Mat whenever he calls,
To dance with Jak o' the Shadows."
