I'm still not impressed much. Camera looks wonky, stiff, and way too much QTEs.

I'll either rent it, or buy it on Black Friday for $20.

what if it reviews well

Then I'll be genuinely shocked. I've seen enough gameplay to know that it won't change my mind from now until launch. Since it's a new IP, I do want to at least give it a chance.

I don't have faith in the game.I'll wait for reviews before deciding to buy it or not.

Ready at Dawn are an excellent and very talented studio, their history suggests that this game will be much better than people think, as does the actual gameplay that's been shown.

Looking at the Galahad knife fight against the Halfbreed there appears to be great melee gameplay, the QTE sections actually have a variety of options, instead of just a clear push one button and one event happens.
The cover mechanics also look very solid.

People overall have only been shown what R@D wants them to see.
With each new gameplay reveal it becomes clear that there's a lot more to the game than meets the eye.

Yes people will be very shocked at how good this ends up becoming, it will be an early 2015, PS4 exclusive gem.
Expect higher than an 80 on metacritic.

If this game turns out great I will not be surprised in the least. All 3 of Ready at Dawn's previous titles have been top notch. Their PSP games look and play better than the majority of PS Vita titles. If fact they are the only handheld titles I have ever played that felt comparable to the home console experience.

These guys really know level design, story telling, and gameplay. What we have seen so far has me interested, and I don't even think they have scatched the surface of what this game has to offer. I just hope the negetivity surrounding it does not cloud the minds of reviewers come launch.

Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.

agreed

How can a game surprise you if you already decided to love it no matter what and make a thread to control a damage that wasn't even done yet?

It will certainly surprise me if it gets an 80+ Meta score.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

I think the game is hiding a lot of surprising things that reviewers have not seen yet as far as gameplay is concerned. This game cannot be all QTE, but I am not holding out hope. Pleasant surprises would be welcomed. If this game turned into a sleeper that wouldnt hurt. I mean, afterall.....Uncharted started out as a sleeper IP that no one knew about. I mean...that was around the time that "Sony had no games".
