Well it's a bit cheap to take the user rating since haters don't play Nintendo games or even care for them, hence no unnecessary downgrading. The only thing this proves is that the mainstream is full of idiots.

You must be some sort of special idiot huh? The picture is not showing the games that are not on Nintendo's consoles. The whole point is to show the games on Nintendo's that did recieve 8.5 or higher on both critic and user score.

Seems a bit of a silly metric, it won't look like that at the end of the generation (PS360 have like 60 90+ games on meta and Wii has about 13?

If Nintendo had third party and proper online  no one would be laughing. Only they can fix that....so its about time they did.

I'm sorry to say this, but did you look at the numbers of users that voted. Smash has over 600, enough to attract some trolls. If you look at GTAV for PS4, that has a bit over 700, so not that much more. And GTA is one of the most well known games.

Virtues's Last reward for Vita for example has a better user-score, but didn't count here because of worse critic-score (probably because of the game optimised to stylus). Both, the Vita and the 3DS version have similar number of people voting.

And enough of the games on PS4 and XO are niche enough, even more on Vita, so that your explanation would apply. Only a few attract internet-rage.

Not if they're still counting user scores. Even critically acclaimed games like GTA5 don't reach a user score of 85. TLOU is barely above.

Virtue's Last Reward is also available on the Vita..but yes, Nintendo does make great games. What else is new?

I think that's why they're doing this now.
