But Sony didn't say any about Street Fighter franchise exclusivity either. Super SFV very well could be on any platform, Sony emphasized SFV only and didn't utter a peep about the other versions of SFV that everyone and their grandma knows are going to happen.

There's basically no IP that Sony has been able to keep from eventually appearing on XBox ... GTA, DMC, Virtua Fighter, Final Fantasy, Metal Gear were once all Sony exclusives too, eventually they all ended up on the XBox.

They did. They announced that the Ps4 is the only console it's EVER gonna be on. They made it a point every time. Sf5 is console exclusive on the Ps4. Sf5 will only be playable on the Ps4. The Ps4 is the only console it's ever gonna be released on. If that's not specific then Idk what is. Squeenix and Microsoft never said anything like that. They only mentioned that it is timed exclusive on the Xbox One.

Link to me where they specifically said all versions of Street Fighter V for the entire generation will be exclusive to the PS4.

They never said that. If that was the case, don't you think Sony would've said it very clearly? They probably would've said full Street Fighter exclusivity period.

Has it been officially announced to come to PS4 after releasing on Xbox One?

The fact that they haven't said it's not coming to PS4 is the only thing right now that's making me think the game will come.

Sony openly admitted that SV5 will be on PC and PS4 will be the only console it releases on. Microsoft hasn't said anything for TR in that regard. If it was full exclusive they would be shouting it from the rooftops. Or as our good friend Aaron Greenberg would say,

You gotta have the double exclusive to make it legit!!!

That is exactly the point. Sony was definitive about the console exclusivity of SFV. There is no chance of SFV ever coming to a non-PS console (could come to PSV in other words). MS has not at all been this defintive about RTR. In fact the opposite is true. MS (and SE/CD) statements have been so convoluted in the attempt to not admit to timed exclusivity but at the same time not being able to claim absolute [console] exclusivity. SE is probably contractually bound to not say it's timed exclusive (if indeed it is timed exclusive) and it is not in MS's interests to openly admit timed console exclusivity, so they will say things in a way that does not clearly admit timed exclusivity, but also does not convey false information.

With SFV we have clear and unambigious console exclusivity. And complete silence on Super/Ultra/Sigma SFV. The PR situations are quite stark in their comparison.

Street Fighter V yes. I'm not debating that.

But the inevitable Super Street Fighter V? That's a different can of worms.

If Sony had full exclusivity over all SFV games for the duration of the generation, they would have mentioned it as a multi-game partnership with Capcom, don't you think?

If the deal extends to multiple SFV games, Sony would've crowed about it from the rooftops.

Well MS sure ain't going to announce that. And SE/CD will undoubtedly be contractually gagged from making any PS4 announcement until 2016. So the lack of official announcement is proof of nothing. It also has not been officially announced for PC, and we all know that is guaranteed given Phil Spencer's "Similar to DR3" tweet.

They said that on their Keynote:

Watch from 1:07:44 where they emphasize on the exclusivity. Sony is co-developing the game so there is no way it's gonna be on other platforms. The only other platform it will be on is PC.

I think Tomb Raider 2 exclusivity for 8-12 months, then GOTY edition for both systems.

SFV will be exclusive to PS4, but Super SFV will be for PS4/X1 and maybe even HDS/Fusion. Sony kept MGS4 exclusive, but Metal Gear Rising and MGSV are multiplat, just because you have a deal for one game doesn't mean the IP is exclusive indefinitely and we know Capcom is going to make like 3-4 different versions of SFV.

Super Street Fighter V or HD/Fusion it's still Street Fighter if you want to compare with Metal Gear Solid V (MGS) as multyplatform games, unlike MGS4 which is "trully" an exclusive games and MGS 4 it's a different games form  MGS V so the chance is high unlikely for another variations for SF V to comes to another platform beside PC.

and if you insist then the games like DR 3 will also comes to PS4

Mass Effect 1 was also published by Microsoft. Changes nothing. Lol.

I noticed they said specfically "PS4 will be the only platform *this* game appears".

If they have a deal for all SFV iterations this gen, why not say all SFV games for the rest of the generation? Why just specify one game?

If they had a multi-game deal here they would have said so IMO. Very loudly at that.

Doesn't impact me in the slightest as I was getting this on PS4 no matter what because I prefer the controller for 2D/3D fighters. I'm more dissapointed that the game doesn't look too hot to be honest. Looks like SFIV on moderate steroids.
