I'm not understanding the "hag" references. It just looks like they didn't quite recreate her face perfectly, which never happens in these games anyway. (No Leon has looked like Leon from 4.) Her nose is downturned a little, then throw in some unflattering lighting and you've got a Claire that doesn't look great but looks nothing like the withered hag everyone is calling her.

That said, worthless AI partner + episodic format despite not being on the original system where that mattered = me not very interested. And I played RE:R like a ton. Capcom is becoming super great at doing everything wrong.

You're being way too harsh on it. It looks great so far, but it can definitely do with some tweaking of the AI and may Claire's model.

Yeah.. You are being waaaay too harsh on the game, Wright.. Those things shouldn't matter that much as long as the gameplay and atmosphere are good.. :/

Ummm no, I dont see it. If I had complain about anything, it would be the fact that CAP removed the little bit of Japanese the characters had starting with 7 and everybody looks ugly because of it... Minus Shary. The generic art change was not nice to Ada or Claire.

The game just looks generic in general.

Enemy and partner AI I think are a vital component of the gameplay. Claire's animation are indeed a pet peeve of mine and shouldn't matter that much, though. :)

They should have kept it a 3ds exclusive to begin with....
