Lol, bundles will really help DriveClub reach respectable sales.

So will digital sales. And its not like its the only game to be selling due to bundles

Star Wars isn't exactly a good example (never seen it and not interested either) but I get your point and I concur. It happens in my country too with some other products. Though still from what I've heard Americans fall for it the most, guess they are a bit more stupid than others.

Well, I saw the originals in the theaters, so it's one of those childhood things for me (sort of like LoTR, read that very very young, and waited ~2+ decades for movies).  4-6 Yoda sold the old decrepit look, 1-3 you got to see what Yoda could do (though, given the short timeframe, you'd think he still could've in 4-6).  So, when you first saw Yoda going apeshit with a lightsaber, for those who'd been fans for decades, it was jaw dropping, and set up an unrealistic expectation.  But yeah, SW isn't all that for everyone :D

Nice...

bundles and digital sales. Driveclub was #1 on the PSN top download list for a few weeks. It's a no brainer getting the game at a discount for most PS4 players.

isnt that the last thing driveclub needs, more players.

How are the servers, are they still flooded and not working.

Going by already stated comments in this very thread, much of the online functionality is fine, still a few club features missing, but largely the game is up and running.

Going by VGChartz data (which doesn't include de BF week) the game should be above 1M (physical + digital).

That's pretty good for a brand new racer with a bad meta if you ask me. Should reach 2M+ LT easily (and well deserved, after all the core game is awesome, despite it's launch failures).

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

Was working fine today, has been for over a month. The real test comes on chrismas day I guess. Over a million new consoles connected, all downloading their digital games and updates, should be fun...

I wouldn't call 71 a "bad meta". It's average, which it can improve on with the next iteration.

OT: I'm currently playing the game. Since I don't really gripe about online, I find the single player to be satisfying and challenging. Best driving game I've played since Gran Turismo 5, and that's saying a lot, since plenty of fantastic racing/driving games have released since 2010.

Yeah, you're right, 71 is not a bad meta. What I meant to say is that anything below 80 is considered "bad" nowadays for most of people. Sorry, I expressed myself badly.

You'd think by now people would realise that percentages don't mean shit.
