Honestly, no. The PC is not a fixed platform you can just say has this ammoount of power. Actually the majority of Pc's on peoples homes doesnt.
If you meant the top end PC with the best graphics tops everything else? Yes, it does. It also costs a fortune. It just isnt logical to compare a dynamic plarform to fixed ones.
So...
