Actually after adjustments that always lost by more and were never as close as it first seemed.....not sure what is strange about it....

Are you implying that vgchartz is PS biased?
Cause ioi keep undertracking PS more than Xone.
Besides Playstation is just stronger than Xbox World wide.Xbox would have to sell 3:1 in USA too win WW.

This week's numbers are possibly the best evidence you can show to anyone who tells you that they don't care about sales outside of NA.
Those individuals who pretty much deny how big of an impact other territories have on sales and focus way too much on North American sales only should have a look at what happened this week.
The X1 could have taken the crown for the week so easily with those US numbers... and yet, it just couldn't.
The PS4 being a bigger and more notorious brand everywhere else managed to surpass the X1 once again even if it was by a small margin.
Will MS ever learn to take other countries more seriously?

Always ? PS4 almost always sells twice as much as XOne in the Global :) I know you are kidding.

It surged when someone said X1 would outsell ps4 globally really soon after kinectless (this when ps4 was 3:1 to x1) and when called out he said he said he didn't meant globally as in everywhere but Just USA. Hence globally in USA. Which matches some American who think USA is the world.

Maybe he wanted to say gap should be much bigger as ps4 is undertracked or he thinks the gap is closing just because it is growing slower (for a small timewindow).
