Wii U Pro controller. Only thing that I could say would improve it are analog triggers.
Original NES controller...loved havent the corners jabbing into my palms jk, Wii U pro controller.
I like them all, but I think I have to go with the Wiimote. I had so much fun with many games that used motion-controls.

It pretty much revived the on-rail shooters as well.
Gamecube or Wii U Pro Controller both of my favs
I love the shape of the n64 one though.

Dead Space: Extraction and House Of The Dead: Overkill are the best ones imo.
