I like them all, but I think I have to go with the Wiimote. I had so much fun with many games that used motion-controls.

It pretty much revived the on-rail shooters as well.

I only played Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles, but I thought that was pretty cool! Especially in co-op. 

Dead Space: Extraction and House Of The Dead: Overkill are the best ones imo.
