Only problem is the balance. The monster is waaay underpowered.

I'm not really impressed. I know its only an alpha, but not feeling it right now.

Speaking about next gen (in the OP), Giants certainly was exactly that when it released in 2000, as much as a PC game can be next gen at least.

Im liking it, I just can see it getting boring very quickly. Plus as of right now the servers are pretty horrible. SOmetimes takes forever to get a match.

It's seems quite a few think the it's gets boring fast.

It was great fun but I remember it had balance issues. The Reaper was way overpowered with extreme range homing attacks and the Giant was useless without its spawn, the Meccaryn could keep their distance with helicopters and other measures.

Im easily impressed when it comes to ''revolutionary'' multiplayer... but this I am not feeling. It feels like a singular game mode from AVP/COD or Flood mode from Halo, but blown out into a full RRP game.

I just dont see where the content would justify the price.
