Wow that was a pretty immature thing to say. Did you ever stop to think that maybe English is not his native language? Always a better way to word things my friend.

Thanks, i appreciate your support.

You know what, when someone comes in and does obvious trolling, then i think, I will do the same thing back...because the truth isnt certainly getting through, so i guess i and everyone else saying opposite needs to try a different tact.

I'm going to keep saying this, price isn't the issue the Xbox One has had. $350 for something people don't want is still a worse deal than $400 for something people do want.

Except people do want XB1, if you look outside Destiny month, the ratios were not staggeringly far apart.

For a lot of people on the fence, a $50 price advantage and free game is enough to sway them.

Agreed. But at this point every signs shows us that the demand for the PS4 is far bigger, and it even outmatches the X1 demand in the US.

MS is playing agressive this Q4 and they have a genuine chance of winning both November and December. If that is the case and the fall will be managable in January, MS might have a fighting chance left in the US.

On the other hand, if Sony wins this Q4 by a large margin in the US, massive hits like Halo 5 and Gears 4 are way to far off, for MS be able to turn the tide. If the trend continues, by next year both in the US and especially on a global scale, the PS4 will become the de-facto console of this generation.

And people taught that this gen will be boring console war wise

It is already that, its been that since both launched.  There is no turning public perception about PS4/X1 so and trend turning is just not going to happen.

Globally its a done deal, I agree, but MS might still pull ahead (albeit Im not expecting 7th gen lead or anything) in the US, or the very least have a large chunk of the market.

Lead, they cant even match PS4 sales no matter all they done yet you see them leading based of what.  A 50 dollar cut, not happening.

Xbox needs to be near half price of a PS to out sale it, add posative and negatives perceptions doing 180 for both.  Theres just to much that would have to happen for X1 to lead, including sony just going full retard for the rest of the gen.

You also have to put into account how many deals Microsoft has made to make the X1 sell as opposed to how many deals Sony has made. Just check this post from another thread: http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/post.php?id=6784133

P.S. The user forgot to add that in June, Microsoft also offered $75 to 360 users to upgrade to an X1.

I swear Xbox won last November, yet nothing changed afterwards, a year is 12 months.

What difference does it really make though? LOL Nothing will change long term and the Xbox still will have issues in the future.Selling more for one month does not make it competitive or a better product and it does not make the Xbox brand better. They still need to develop their own games as they do not own Sunset Overdrive and I am sure it will end up on PC with another publisher just like most of the Xbox games. What about next generation?Same thing will happen all over again.

i dont spacing out my posts. its this wired side called vgc doing it automatically if u use enter.

i only said it is worse in the region free comparison to the xb1 (and it is. thats a fact)

Could you explain how PS4 is worse in terms of being Region Free? Never heard of this.

And do you use a PC to post on this site, or Mac or Mobile, etc?
If you use a PC, try holding down Shift and then press Enter. This will create a new row without causing any space in between. This works on pretty much all programs and sites.

u cant download form diffrent store, without using diffrent extra psn accounts.
on the xb1, u just use ur one main account and change the region of the console and add ur data. so u still have just one account with as many countries u want. i would call it diffrent subaccounts.

u cant buy a game in the psn x store, but download it form psn y store.
on the xbox one u can do this. and if the game u bought doesnt have multilanguage support, i have to play it on the origin one at the ps4.
on the xbox one, u can just buy form any store and can download form any other. this is also important for cut games. e.g wolfenstein in germany

u cant buy a game on the ps4 psn american store and install the european pal addon. that does not work.
however u can do that on the xbox one.

and thanks for the shift hint. i have to get used to it, but i works ;)

edit: maybe i should call it region freedom. so no1 is confused by the region free term and thinks ps4 isnt region free

So currently sony has around a 1.2 million lead in the us not counting this weeks adjustments or the final week of oct. So what is everyone thinking that with nov/dec microsoft will do what exactly. Edge out sony slightly in the us while getting crushed globally yet again and barely win some npd's at the end of the year...so what it wont be enough to substantially cut into that million plus lead which makes it meaningless tbh.

One interesting way to look at it is - every person who buys one console is one less reason when you come to choose your that you will buy the other.

Like it or not, we are all influenced by what other people/friends are buying and the reviews we read. If all our friends are buying the xbox then its a pretty good chance that we will go in that direction. This seemed to be the case last generation but this one its been turned on its head and with Sony capturing nearly 60% of the market its hard to see people switching back. Its a snowball effect.

Playstation both months. November should be close though.
