I really, really don't think awards are given out according to meta scores. Just saying, this game is not going to make waves among the gaming world. I could be wrong, could be a sleeper hit but I really, REALLY doubt it.  

Destiny will win, because mainstream and sales. No big actor gives out GOTY-awards based on anything else. :'C

My goty for now is donkey Kong.
But if ninty havê Amy chances, i would bet more in smash than cap toda.

Dark Souls II (PC) for me!

If you look at Treehouse footage, you'll understand the final game will have a lot of variety than just more Capt Toad levels-- gameplay is arguably even more diverse than SM3DW.

Granted, the objective is largely the same: get the 3 gems + the star. However if we're also seeing you not only do this traditional Captain Toad level style but also with a minecart, speed levels, and pinball? We're in for a really nice surprise here.

Honestly, by my experience, FC4 is the safe bet.

Dragon Age has to prove a lot, after the second.
Destiny got a lot of bad criticism.
Watch Dogs/ Titanfall/ DkS2 were on the first half of the year and they didn't managed to hold attention.

Most of the other good games are Nintendo and they never recieve it. Bayonetta may have a chance, since it is in fact a P* game. It would be well deserved, P* is gathering fans all around.

Fighting/Racing/Sport/RPG/etc dont get goty awards. Platformers are very rare and usual are nintendo with a few exceptions. So Shooters and Action games i see only getting it. Not trying to twist your words :>

I just don't see this beating Shadow of Mordor.
