Persona 5 will easily outsell Xenoblade Chronicles X, I suspect. It will also be a better game. :P

I will get both via pre-order, though. And neither will match KHIII and FFXV. ♡

But, yeah, I'm expecting a lot more out of P5 than out of XBCX.

Why is a game on Wii U considered to be a bad thing? I find it very confusing that a game will suffer just because of the console that it is on. Unless the game runs like absolute ass because of the hardware, or eats the game disc, then i don't understand why it is considered a bad thing.

Maybe there is something I am missing.

They will be close in sales with Xeno winning due to the hype surrounding Xenoblade Chronicles for Wii. Both will impress and make Square-Enix feel terrible when XV is still considered meh. Due to sales FF fans won't care that the series is still not that great and a million threads will be made with the implication that sales = quality.

Basically the 7th gen all over.

What hype? The only people hyping this are people who played it on Wii and some who by accident bought a Wii U to play JRPGs. There are not many of both.

I'm pretty sure Persona 5 on PS4 will outsell Xenoblade even in Japan.

I see betting permaban as something you have to be ABSOLUTELY sure about. But we can go a month sig control. That being said betting permaban on whether Final Fantasy will beat it in SALES would be stupid. It has to be something both sides could win.

So what time frame are we talking about? We'll probably not wait until the end of the gen. I'd say end of 2015 since we don't know when Persona will actually come out. So the first Japan sales of 2016.

But I wonder if anyone will even remember this by then^^
