I think the issue or what leads to "circlejerking" is the use of "lies" from all the fanbases. The wii u is not dead the xb1 does not suck the ps4 does not have no games, etc. If people feel negatively towards a platform they should try to use something that more accurately represents their idea rather than using a standard, repeated internet expression that does nothing but perpetuate the problem of all communities
The wii60 "alliance" was also very unfounded and I don't blame how some Sony fans acted but that shouldn't be used as a revenge episode now tbh. Don't the sales numbers already do that?

You have to take any chances you get. If the competition is down, smite them with no mercy. You should be more aggressive towards Nintendo fans! Mutilate those pesky Microsoft fans! Fuel this superfluous console war!
