because they massivly overshipped in spring, they didnt had to restock in the most areas, but they came up with the kinectless bundle.

if u go to a store u will see massiv amounts of kinect-xbones, and those will sit in the stores till black friday, or longer, nobody is buying them and nobody will buy them for the asked price, and upcoming bundles will just make it harder to sell those.

You talk about Europe and then Black Friday as if they're realted? XB1 is doing alright in US and certainly shifting units.

we have blackfriday deals since 2012 or so, and we have cybermonday too.  thats when the big shops kick out the things that didnt sell.

Also.....YES the gap will be closer at end of October however AT END OF DECEMBER Wii U will still be second, mostly because Nov/Dec sales of U > ONE.

2014 I think is rather unlikely unless the XBO gets a massive boost from the holidays, but if the XBO manages to keep it's launch aligned gap over the Wii U constant, it could very will pass it in the next 12 months.

So it's become a xbo vs wii u competition now? While I think that you should consider the PS4 as xbo direct competitor for obvious reasons, if we were to accept this comparison, I'd say that by the end of 2014 Wii U will still be ahead by at least one million. I don't expect the Wii U to come in second place at the end of the gen tho...halo 5 is what will make the xbox one overtake the wii U.

This isn't true. The Xbone does some things better. The problem is a PR one (DRM/180 etc).
